(Alliance News) - Vectura Group PLC on Thursday said Susan Foden will step down from the board and her role as senior independent non-executive director on Monday next week.
Foden is the longest current serving director of Vectura, it said, having been a board member since 2007. Currently a member of the Nomination Committee, she has also chaired the pharmaceutical company's Remuneration Committee and has been a member of the Audit Committee.
Vectura said Thomas Werner will replace Foden as senior independent non-executive director.
"I would like to recognise Susan's significant contributions to Vectura and thank her for her commitment to the group over the past 12 years," said Chair Bruno Angelici.
"She has provided valuable insight and expertise in her roles across the board and our Committees. We all wish her every success for the future," added Angelici.
Vectura shares were trading 0.8% higher in London on Thursday at 84.05 pence each.
