LONDON (Alliance News) - Vast Resources PLC on Monday said its Romanian subsidiary has signed a deal designed to progress the work on securing a mining licence for the Baita Plai polymetallic mine.
Vast's African Consolidated Resources SRL unit in Romania has signed a deal with Baita SA, the Romanian state-owned company, for the project.
Under the revised agreement, Baita will work on securing the mining licence for the project alongside Vast's Romanian business.
Shares in Vast were up 7.0% to 1.2036 pence on Monday.
