(Alliance News) -Â Vast Resources PLC on Tuesday said it has received GBP1,303 as a result of a warrant exercise.
Vast said holders of warrants issued under an open offer completed in 2016 have elected to exercise them.
Accordingly, the company issued 260,629 shares and received GBP1,303 under the exercise. Following admission of these new shares, Vast will have 10.27 billion shares in issue.
Shares in Vast closed down 2.0% at 0.24 pence in London on Tuesday.
