LONDON (Alliance News) - Ground engineering contractor Van Elle Holdings PLC said on Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Paul Pearson has resigned from his role and the company.
Pearson has a six-month notice period.
Pearson has been part of Van Elle for six years since 2013, and prior to that was finance director of services firm May Gurney Ltd for five years from 2008 to 2013.
Van Elle said it has now started a process to find a successor to Pearson.
"On behalf of the board I would like to thank Paul for his many years' service, which included the successful IPO of Van Elle in 2016," said Chair Adrian Barden.
Shares in Van Elle Holdings were down 3.2% at 58.10 pence on Wednesday.
