(Alliance News) - ValiRx PLC on Monday said that it will be unable to post its annual results before this month's deadline due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The life sciences had until June 30 to post its 2019 results, under usual AIM rules, but has applied for an extension.
It means ValiRx now has until September 30 to reports its results.
Shares in the company were 0.2% higher at 7.14 pence each in London on Monday afternoon.
