Vailaski Holding Reduces Holding In Petropavlovsk To Below 3.0% (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Petropavlovsk PLC said on Wednesday that Vailaski Holding Ltd reduced its stake in the gold-mining company last Monday.

Vailaski Holdings cut its stake to below notifiable level of 3.0%, having previously held 9.6% interest.

Petropavlovsk shares were closed up 2.2% at 7.47 pence per share on Wednesday.
