LONDON (Alliance News) - Utilico Investments Ltd said Friday that Michael Collier has retired as a director and from the boards of Utilico and Utilico Finance Ltd with immediate effect.
"On behalf of the Board, I must thank Michael for his support, enthusiasm and guidance both as the first Chairman of the Company from its launch in 2007 until September 2011 and subsequently as a director. We will miss his wise counsel at the Board meetings," said Chairman Roger Unwin.
Utilico and Utilico Finance have appointed Graham Cole as director of both companies with immediate effect. Cole has worked in the aerospace industry for a number of years. He currently serves as chairman of AgustaWestland UK Ltd, a non-executive director of FNM UK Ltd and chairman of Vix Technology.
