Utilico Emerging Markets Agrees New Facility With Scotiabank

LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment firm Utilico Emerging Markets Trust PLC said on Wednesday it has entered into a three year unsecured GBP50.0 million multicurrency revolving facility agreement with Scotiabank Europe PLC.

This new facility, which matures in April 2021, replaces the GBP50.0 million senior secured multicurrency revolving facility agreement between Utilico and Scotiabank which was due to expire on 27 April.

Shares in Utilico were trading 0.6% lower at 216.64 pence each on Wednesday.
