Upland Resources Says Tune Assets Has Built 16% Stake

LONDON (Alliance News) - Upland Resources Ltd said Wednesday that Tune Assets Ltd now owns 16.2% stake in the company.

Tune Assets owns 74.1 million voting rights in the oil and gas resources company. Previously, it did not hold any shares in the company.

Shares in Upland closed at 2.60 pence per share, up 6.1% Wednesday.
