LONDON (Alliance News) - Media buying giant WPP PLC Monday said its Hill+Knowlton Strategies communications consultancy has struck a deal to buy digital creative agency Rice5.
Rice5 has offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai and made revenues of HKD16.6 million in 2013.
It also bought product data and content for UK based digital marketing specialist FusePump Ltd through its digital agency network Wunderman.
FusePump posted revenues of GBP3.0 million in 2013, with gross assets of GBP900,000.
The company didn't provide any financial details for either acquisition.
WPP shares were trading up 0.3% at 1,218.00 pence Monday morning.
