LONDON (Alliance News) - Tungsten Corp PLC Tuesday said it has appointed David Williams as its permanent Chief Financial Officer, having said earlier in the day that Honda Logistics North America has chosen the company to automate its accounts payable processes.
Tungsten said Williams has been its interim CFO since January, having joined the company in 2013 as deputy CFO.
The electronic invoicing company said that Honda Logistics North America will use its JD Edwards Accounts Payable product, which will be integrated with the JD Edwards accounting software already used.
"HLNA currently processes 10,000 invoices per month and expects its volume to increase by 30% over the next three years. Automating its accounts payable processes will reduce overhead costs, increase efficiency - especially given the high number of invoices HLNA receives that do not have purchase orders - and eliminate the burden of manual data entry," Rick Hurwitz, Tungsten's Americas chief executive, said in a statement.
Tungsten shares were down 4.4% to 162.50 pence on Tuesday.
