LONDON (Alliance News) - Superdry PLC on Friday said it will give notice to its shareholders within 21 days to consider the resolution involving the appointment of co-Founder Julian Dunkerton and boohoo.com PLC Non-Exec Chair Peter Williams to board.
Early on Friday, Superdry co-Founders Dunkerton and James Holder asked for a general meeting to get Dunkerton and Williams appointed to its board.

Dunkerton has previously made known his plans to call a general meeting to get back onto Superdry's board, having left the firm, which had a difficult 2018, on March last year.
Superdry shares closed up 2.8% on Friday at 532.50 pence each.
