LONDON (Alliance News) - Petrofac Ltd Monday said it has signed a USD120 million agreement with Petronas to operate and manage two training facilities that Petrofac is building for the Malaysian National Oil Company.
Petrofac is building three facilities for Petronas, two for its upstream operations and another for downstream. The management contract is for the upstream training centres.
Petrofac shares were up 0.9% at 1,403 pence Monday morning.
