LONDON (Alliance News) - Recruitment consultancy Norman Broadbent PLC on Wednesday said its chief executive has stepped down, and it has made its non-executive chairman an executive chairman.
Sue O'Brien, the chief executive, has resigned from the company with immediate effect. Scanes Bentley will therefore move from non-executive chairman to executive chairman of the company.
Pierce Casey, who had been executive chairman, retired as chairman on Tuesday, as previously planned. Bentley, a partner for 12 years at Accenture, had joined the company as non-executive chairman-elect.
Shares in Norman Broadbent were untraded on Wednesday, having last traded at 16.00 pence.
