UPDATE: NextEnergy Solar Issues Further Shares Under Tap Programme (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - NextEnergy Solar Fund Ltd on Tuesday said it has issued further shares under its previously announced tap issue, having done the same on Monday.

On Tuesday, the solar power project investor said it will issue another 740,690 shares at 101.00 pence per share under the programme. This will raise another GBP748,069.

Later on Tuesday, it said it would issue another 300,000 shares at the same price.

This comes on top of the 4.3 million shares the company issued under the programme on Monday, raising around another GBP4.3 million, which itself was in addition to the GBP42.2 million the fund raised in July.

NextEnergy shares closed flat at 102.25p on Tuesday.
