Mobile Streams PLC - London-based mobile content and data intelligence firm - Broker option now fully subscribed by existing shareholders, raising GBP200,000 through the issue of 80.0 million shares at 0.25 pence each.
Earlier Monday, Mobile Streams announced the raising GBP2.0 million through a placing of 800.0 million shares at the same price per share, the funds of which will go towards working capital for both the group's existing businesses and those which could be developed in the future, either internally or through joint ventures and acquisitions.
Mobile Streams now has 2.06 billion shares issued overall.
Current stock price: 0.29 pence, down 35% on Monday
Year-to-date change: up 26%
