(Alliance News) - Management Resource Solutions PLC on Wednesday said it has received an email stating appointment of administrators for five Australian units.
"The company has received an e-mail, after business hours in Australia and from an Australian firm providing insolvency solutions, stating that certain of their officers have been appointed as Voluntary Administrators of five of the company's operating subsidiaries pursuant to Section 436C of the Corporations Act 2001," Management Resource Solutions said.
"The directors will, as a matter of urgency, investigate the veracity of the email and its contents and seek to resolve the situation as quickly as possible," it added.
The company's shares are temporarily suspended from trading, at the company's request. Shares in the maintenance, fabrication, civil and earthworks company last traded at 2.55 pence each.
