LONDON (Alliance News) - Livermore Investments Group Ltd Tuesday said it has sold about 2 million shares in Babylon Ltd, a Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange-listed company, at an average price of USD1.98 a share.
Livermore now holds 1.9 million shares in Babylon, about 4% of its shares in issue.
On October 30, 2013, Livermore said Babylon had informed the markets that its contract with Google, ending November 30, 2013, will not be renewed.
At the time, Livermore had said the contract may be reconsidered in 2014.
On October 30, Livermore held an 8.15% stake in Babylon.
