(Alliance News) - Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd said Tuesday that Director Alex Newbigging bought 12,000 shares on Monday, spending just under USD700,000.
The purchase in Singapore in a single transaction at USD58.269 per share is Newbigging's second in as many trading sessions. The stock was quoted in London on Tuesday at USD56.99, down 0.3% on the day.
On Friday, Newbigging had bought just under USD580,000 worth of shares in the Hong Kong-based conglomerate. Newbigging bought 10,000 shares at USD57.971 each.
Jardine Matheson didn't say how may shares in total Newbigging holds following the two recent acquisitions, worth USD1.3 million in total.
