LONDON (Alliance News) - CLS Holdings PLC has appointed Harworth Group PLC's Finance Director Andrew Kirkman as its own chief financial officer, it said Monday.
Kirkman will make the move at the start of July.
Before Harworth, Kirkman was finance director of Pennon Group PLC's subsidiary Viridor, and has also had senior finance roles at Balfour Beatty Capital.
CLS Chair Henry Klotz said: "We are delighted to welcome Andrew to the board. He brings a wealth of property experience and skills, and will be a strong addition to our team. Andrew's proven experience will assist us to deliver our strategy of investing in high-yielding office properties in key European cities."
"On behalf of the board, I also wish to thank John Whiteley, who has done an excellent job as CFO over the last nine years and wish him well in his retirement."
Whiteley's retirement was announced in July last year.
In its own statement, Harworth said it has now starting a process to find a new finance chief.

Earlier Monday, CLS announced the acquisition of an office building in Munich, Germany, for EUR32.0 million.
Shares in CLS were 0.6% higher on Monday morning at 247 pence, with Harworth broadly flat at 129.97p.
