LONDON (Alliance News) - Cooperatief H2 Equity Partners Fund IV Holding WA sold 17.0 million shares in window, door and roofline PVC products company Eurocell PLC on Tuesday, slightly higher than initially anticipated.
In an earlier statement Tuesday, bookrunner Peel Hunt LLP, which is working on the deal alongside Canaccord Genuity, said H2 would sell 15.0 million shares in the company, which listed in London in March, via an accelerated bookbuild.
But in a later statement, it said H2 had sold 17.0 million shares for 200.00 pence per share, raising GBP34.0 million. It leaves the investor with a 20.1% stake in the company. Its remaining shares are subject to a lock-in agreement which will expire at the end of 2015.
Shares in Eurocell were down 0.1% to 200.00 pence on Tuesday.
