LONDON (Alliance News) - Saga PLC said Chief Executive Officer Lance Batchelor bought 16,521 shares and his wife Wendy Batchelor, bought a total of 7,241 shares at 209.3 pence per share on Tuesday.
In a separate statement on Wednesday, the company said Lance Batchelor had bought 7,241 shares and Wendy Batchelor bought 16,521 shares at the same price on Tuesday.
The stock was up 0.7% at 217.10p Thursday.
