LONDON (Alliance News) - Ecofin Global Utilities & Infrastructure Trust PLC on Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Martin Negre has bought shares in the company.
On Tuesday, Negre bought 130,465 shares at 121.50p per share, taking his total holding to 900,000 shares in the trust.
Later Tuesday the trust said Negre bought a further 100,000 shares at 121.00p, taking his total holding to 1.0 million shares.
Shares in the trust closed down 1.8% to 121.00p on Tuesday.
