LONDON (Alliance News) - Property development and investment firm British Land Company PLC Thursday said it has let three floors at 10 Brock Street part of Regent's Place, London, to Facebook UK Limited.
The building forms part of the Regent's Place mixed-use campus in London's West End and the letting means that all 320,000 sq ft of office space at 10 Brock Street is now fully let less than three months after practical completion of the building.
The FTSE 100 company said Facebook will take almost 88,000 sq feet of space and will occupy three floors of the building on a 10 year lease with a break option after five years. British Land didn't provide any financial details for the lease.
Other tenants at 10 Brock Street are Debenhams PLC and Manchester City Football Club.
The stock was trading at 615.50 pence Thursday afternoon up 9.00 pence or 1.5%.
