LONDON (Alliance News) - Brand sourcing firm UP Global Sourcing Holdings PLC said Thursday it bought the intellectual property rights of British cleaning brand Kleeneze Ltd.
The transaction, concluded with Kleeneze's administrator FRP Advisory LLP for an undisclosed sum, includes the trademarks, domain names, websites and social media accounts the cleaning company.
The deal does not constitute the purchase of a legal entity. It does not include physical assets, databases, stock, employees or independent distribution network,, UP Global said.
"Over time the group plans to relaunch the Kleeneze brand with a range of laundry and floorcare products for sale into retail and via online channels," the company said.
UP Global shares were trading up 2.2% at 45.00 pence each.
