LONDON (Alliance News) - United Drug PLC Friday said it has changed its name to UDG Healthcare PLC, following a meeting with its shareholders.
The company's website had been updated to reflect this, while its London Stock Exchange ticker will remain as UDG.
The stock was trading unchanged Friday at 325.96 pence, down 4.04p.
