LONDON (Alliance News) - Unite Group PLC on Thursday said that Non-Executive Director Andrew Jones stepped down from the board after serving the student housing-focused real estate investment trust for six years.
"It has been my great pleasure to work with Andrew over the last six years. We have all benefited from his sound judgement and wealth of experience of UK REITS and the wider property market. I would like to thank him for his contribution to Unite and we wish him the very best for the future," Chair Phil White said.
Unite Group shares were trading up 0.5% at 946.95 pence each.
