Unilever Prices USD2.1 Billion Bond Offering On US Market (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed consumer goods group Unilever PLC said on Tuesday it priced a quadruple tranche USD2.1 billion bond on the US market.

The notes under offer were USD400 million 2.750% fixed rate notese due on March 22, 2021, USD550 million 3.125% notes due March 2023, USD350 million 3.375% notes due March 2025, and USD800 million 3.500% notes due March 2028.

The offering is expected to close on Thursday.

Shares in Unilever were down 0.3% at 3.764.50 pence on Tuesday.
