LONDON (Alliance News) - Consumer goods company Unilever PLC said Wednesday that it has priced a triple-tranche $1.5 billion bond on the US market.
The company has priced USD500 million 3.000% fixed rate notes due March 7, 2022; USD500 million 3.250% fixed rate notes due March 7, 2024; and USD500 million 3.500% fixed rate notes due March 22, 2028.
London listed shares in Unilever were trading 4.28 pence each, down 1.7%.
