(Alliance News) - Unilever PLC on Wednesday said it has completed its fourth and final tranche of its EUR3 billion share buyback.
Under the fourth tranche, which began in September, 16.2 million shares were purchased and placed in the treasury.
The London-based consumer goods maker had initially announced the two-year buyback back in February 2022.
Shares in Unilever were up 0.1% to 3,978.50 pence each in London on Wednesday afternoon.
