LONDON (Alliance News) - Ultrasis PLC said Wednesday that it had signed a three-year contract with Hertsmere Borough Council for a community health programme through its Step Success portal.
The initial contract has a value of around GBP42,000 over the three years.
Hertsmere has been awarded 'Community Sports Activation' funding from Sport England for a health programme aimed at women and girls between the ages of 14 and 25 in the area. This grant will fund the contract with Ultrasis, and it will promote the purchase of an activity tracking device called 'the pebble', which residents will be able to purchase through the Step Success portal.
Shares in the healthcare products and services company were trading down 0.1%, at 1.15 pence Wednesday.
