(Alliance News) - ULS Technology PLC on Tuesday said Kestrel Partners LLP bought a total of 35,004 shares over two transactions on Monday and Tuesday.
The Oxfordshire-based conveyancing software provider said Non-Executive Oliver Scott is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in Kestrel.
ULS said Kestrel bought 35,004 shares at an average price GBP0.62229 totalling GBP21,782.
Following the transactions, Kestrel has a shareholding of 18.1 million shares, representing 28% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in ULS closed 0.6% lower at 62.00 pence each on Tuesday in London.
