(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Sportech PLC - online gambling firm - Confirms receipt of two approaches from Standard General about a possible cash offer for Sportech, initially at 25.0 pence and subsequently at 28.5p per Sportech share. Sportech closed at 26.20p in London on Friday. "The board unanimously rejected Standard General's latest proposal, which it believes fundamentally undervalues Sportech's businesses and prospects," company adds.

----------

Dev Clever Holdings PLC - developer of online career guidance and development platforms - Signs heads of terms agreement with Veative Labs and the National Independent Schools Alliance, India's governing body for budget private educational institutions. The agreement will see a commitment for NISA, Veative and Dev Clever to work together over the next 60 days to negotiate and design an implementation plan and commercial model that will utilise Dev Clever's Launchyourcareer.com as the platform to deliver a minimum standard of career guidance across all NISA affiliated schools in 2021. NISA currently represents over 70,000 budget private schools in India, attended by about 13 million students.

----------

European Metals Holdings Ltd - mineral exploration and development company - Says increasing interest in its Cinovec project allows it to pursue an US-based over-the-counter listing and has commenced trading on the OTC Pink Market. "The entry to the US-based OTC markets - and in particular the actively-traded OTCQX market - increases the ease with which North American investors can purchase European Metals securities," company adds. The Australian Stock Exchange will continue to be the company's primary listing, with investors able to purchase shares through the OTCQX, OTC Pink, UK-based AIM and Germany's Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Also pursing listing in Czech Republic.

----------

Rockpool Acquisitions PLC - cash shell seeking to acquire a Northern Ireland-based company seeking additional capital to help it grow - Completes refinancing of Greenview Gas Ltd. Greenview has now drawn down GBP4.5 million of debt from alternative lender BOOST&Co, which has allowed it to fully refinance the existing debt and leave it with some additional working capital. The new facility, which has been provided under the UK government's Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme programme amortises over a period of 5 years. It carries an interest rate that is considerably lower than the rate originally payable on the existing debt.

----------

Red Rock Resources PLC - natural resource development company - Says joint venture company with Power Metal Resources PLC at the historic mining centre of Ballarat in the Gold Fields of Victoria continues to work to develop the venture. The JV is awaiting license grants to come through. "There is an intense level of activity around RRAL demonstrating a commitment to building a rapidly growing Australian gold company focused on the Victoria Gold Fields," Power Metal adds. In total, the venture now has about 2,336 square kilometres of ground under license applications in the Victoria Gold Fields.

----------

JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Ltd - real estate, transportation and infrastructure investor - Launches issue of convertible C shares with a premium listing on the Main Market, by way of an initial placing, offer for subscription and intermediaries offer forming part of a new 12 month share issuance programme. The newly issued C shares will have an issue price of GBP1.00 per C share. The company has a minimum target raise of GBP80 million, with further capacity above this.

----------

Plutus PowerGen PLC - generates power from stand-by power generation farms - Shareholders approve capital reorganisation, meaning issued share capital of 872.5 million will be sub-divided into one new ordinary share of 0.01p each and nine deferred shares of 0.01p each.
