Henry Boot PLC - Sheffield-based construction group - Exchanges contracts with Walsall Council and Homes England for among the largest regeneration projects in the West Midlands. The new GBP73 million scheme, knowns as Phoenix 10, is located in Walsall and will be delivered by Henry Boot's HBD property development business in partnership with Homes England and the council. "The 44-acre development project is the largest undeveloped plot in the Black Country and is set to become a centre for enterprise with up to 620,000 square feet of industrial and logistic space, attracting new jobs and investment to the region."

Kistos PLC - closed-ended investment company formed to acquire and manage energy sector companies or businesses - Begins trading on London's junior AIM market after GBPP31.8 million initial public offering. Number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 40.3 million.

EJF Investments Ltd - Jersey-incorporated closed-ended fund - Commits to make tenth risk retention investment in the preferred shares of upcoming EJF Capital LLC-sponsored securitisation. The TruPS Financials Note Securitisation 2020-2 was priced on Tuesday and EJF Investments has committed to invest around GBP6.7 million at closing. The TFINS 2020-2 underlying collateral consists mostly of "trust preferred securities, subordinated debt senior notes, and surplus notes of 26 US banks and 10 insurance companies with an aggregate par value of approximately USD177.245 million."

Crossword Cybersecurity PLC- London-based technology commercialisation company - Notes selection of its Rizikon Assurance as the core platform to support a new Internet of Things device security certification programme by IASME Consortium Ltd. The consortium is the UK government's National Cyber Security Centre's cyber essentials partner. The programme is intended to give consumers and businesses confidence that IoT devices have attained a minimum security acceptance level.

CloudCall Group PLC - communications company providing unified communications and contact centre software - Launches its Microsoft Teams integration, with its Microsoft Team app now live and available for download on the Microsoft App Store. "The company believes this new functionality, which will be included as a no cost option in CloudCall's existing higher end packages, will increase CloudCall's appeal to Microsoft Teams users who wish to link their communications across both their [customer relationship management] and Microsoft Teams platforms."

Surgical Innovations Group PLC - Leeds-based manufacturer of medical products for minimally invasive surgery - Unveils collaboration with Centre for Sustainable Healthcare to support wider UK and global efforts to reduce the environmental damage of plastic waste in surgery. Collaboration will allow for the validation of Surgical Innovations' environmental messaging and demonstrate the cost and environmental savings from greener operating rooms. The data will then be used to help develop training and information for NHS hospital and staff.
