(Alliance News) - UK Oil & Gas PLC on Friday said Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC Ltd and YA II PN Ltd have opted to convert GBP150,000 of a GBP5.5 million loan into shares.
As such, the loan balance has fallen to GBP3.8 million and 16.5 million share have been allotted to the lenders, intended to be admitted to trading on or around Thursday next week. The company will at that time have 6.7 million shares in issue.
Shares in UK Oil & gas closed down 2.4% at 1.00 pence on Friday.
