UK FCA Launches Investigation Into Telit Communications Announcements

LONDON (Alliance News) - Internet of Things enabler Telit Communications PLC said Tuesday the UK Financial Conduct Authority has begun an investigation into the timing of some of its announcements.

The investigation is looking into "the timeliness of announcing certain matters included in interim results", which were published last August.

Shares were down 9.3% on Tuesday following the announcement at a price of 143.06 pence each.
