Rambler Metals & Mining PLC - Hires Toby Bradbury as independent non-executive director, effective from Thursday. Bradbury is a mining engineer, serving as chief executive officer of Shanta Gold Ltd until 2017.

Cairn Homes PLC - Confirms Shane Doherty starts as chief financial officer and joins board as executive director from Monday next week. Doherty's hire from staffing and resourcing firm Morgan McKinley was announced back in January.

Nostra Terra Oil & Gas Co PLC - Further requisition notice for general meeting to appoint Robert Bensh as a director will not be served by Eridge Capital Ltd. Nostra Terra will however by Thursday next week call a general meeting in response to an earlier requisition notice from Eridge. Nostra Terra on Wednesday said it raised GBP318,055 in a share placing to strengthen its finances during the current volatile market conditions. The oil & gas exploration and production company placed 107.2 million shares at 0.25 pence each.

Card Factory PLC - Hires Tripp Lane as non-executive director, starting immediately. Lane is founder of Resegon Capital Partners, which invests in the retail and consumer space. Lane was recommended by Teleios Capital Partners LLC, a 12% shareholder in Card Factory, so won't be considered independent for the purposes of the UK Corporate Governance Code.
