(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Drax Group PLC - Andy Koss, chief executive, Generation, is made redundant effective from June 30 as part of transition to new management structure for Generation business, having worked at Drax for 15 years. Koss resigns as Drax director from Tuesday.

Nostra Terra Oil & Gas Co PLC - Andy Morrison resigns as non-executive chair and from the board immediately. He is replaced as chair by Non-Executive Director Steve Staley.

Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd - Hires Jennifer Babington as non-executive director from May 1. Babington is operations director and general counsel of Virgin Racing Ltd, which trades as Envision Virgin Racing Formula E Team. Also served as chief of staff of the UK Green Investment Bank.
