Next Fifteen Communications Group PLC - London-based public relations and marketing - Hires Robyn Perriss as independent non-executive director, starting on Thursday. Perriss was finance director of property portal Rightmove PLC until this past June.

Independent Oil & Gas PLC - gas production in UK southern North Sea - Chief Operating Officer Mark Hughes resigns effective immediately for health reasons, having joined IOG in April 2018. Says selection process for successor has begun and expects to appoint new COO "in due course".

Young & Co's Brewery PLC - London-based pub chain - Trish Corzine will step down as non-executive director on January 11, the end of her second three-year term on the board.
