M&C Saatchi PLC - London-based advertising agency - New Chief Executive Officer Moray MacLennan joins board from Friday last week, while Gareth Davis takes over as independent non-executive chair, stepping up from deputy chair. MacLennan joined Saatchi & Saatchi as a trainee in 1983, leaving to help start M&C Saatchi in 1995. He became Worldwide CEO in 2010, building it from a single London ad agency to a global network of agencies, M&S Saatchi says. Jeremy Sinclair and David Kershaw, the former chair and CEO, now have stepped down from the board and left the company.

JPMorgan Russian Securities PLC - invests in diversified portfolio stocks from across Russian market - Hires Eric Sanderson as independent non-executive director, starting Monday. Sanderson is non-executive chair of Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund PLC and of Blackrock Greater Europe Investment Trust PLC.

IG Design Group PLC - Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire-based consumer gift packaging - Hires Greg Hodder as independent non-executive director, effective immediately. Hodder is a non-executive director of chocolate maker and retailer Hotel Chocolat Group PLC. As an executive, he was CEO of men's clothing retailer Charles Tyrwhitt LLP.

Northern Bear PLC - Newcastle Upon Tyne-based specialist building and support services - Hires John Holroyd as non-executive director, effective immediately. Holroyd is a chartered accountant who retired from Mazars LLP in 2018 and set up his own consultancy, Cold Hill Consultancy Ltd.
