McColl's Retail Group PLC - convenience stores - Robbie Bell steps down as chief financial officer to take up the same role at health foods shops chain Holland & Barrett Retail Ltd. Bell will remain in post at McColl's until a replacement has been found and a handover has taken place, the company said. "This is a busy time for McColl's as we continue to respond to increased customer demand and keep the neighbourhood communities we serve supplied with the food, goods and services they need every day," Chief Executive Jonathan Miller said Wednesday.

ITM Power PLC - Hires Wentworth Resources PLC CEO Katherine Roe as non-executive director, effective immediately. Previous to Wentworth, Roe was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley and Panmure Gordon.

Brave Bison Group PLC - social video - Confirms Oliver Green and Philippa Norridge as permanent non-executive chair and CFO, respectively. Green has been interim chair since December and Norridge interim CFO since February.
