Immedia Group PLC - multi-media content - Chief Operating Officer Ross Penney named interim chief executive, with immediate effect. Bruno Brookes steps down as CEO "to focus on his other interests". Penney joined Immedia in 2006 as part of its acquisition of Cube Music.

Orosur Mining Inc - South American-focused gold developer - hires Brad George as non-executive director. George is a Perth, Australia-based geoscientist with experience in South America and West Africa.

ValiRx PLC - clinical stage biotechnology - Plans to appoint Suzanne Dilly as a director. Dilly has been chief executive officer of subsidiary ValiSeek Ltd since 2014.

Horizon Discovery Group PLC - gene editing and modulation - Hires Siddhartha Kadia as non-executive director, replacing Susan Galbraith, effective Thursday. Kadia was CEO of EAG Laboratories until its acquisition by Eurofins Scientific in 2017. Galbraith currently is head of Early Oncology at AstraZeneca PLC, leaving Horizon Discovery due to increased responsibilities there, Horizon said.
