GoCo Group PLC - Newport, Wales-based price comparison website - Alan Burns is approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority to become chief financial officer and assumes the role on Wednesday, replacing Nick Wrighton. Burns was appointed CFO in July. He had been CFO at Spanish real estate firm Spotahome since January and prior to that was part of online photo printer Photobox for eight years from 2011 to 2019.

1Spatial PLC - Cambridge, England-based location data software for government, utilities and transport - Andrew Fabian appointed permanent CFO, having been interim CFO for past four months. Fabian was CFO at software firm StatPro Group PLC for 19 years until 2019.

SIMEC Atlantis Energy Ltd - Edinburgh-based renewable energy project developer - Hires Duncan Black as non-executive director, as Ian Wakelin steps down from the board. Black was CFO of Atlantis and a non-executive director until 2018. He also has been co-head of Infrastructure Investment at Eastspring Investments, part of Prudential PLC, and Asia head of acquisitions at Deutsche Asset Management.
