Pendragon PLC - auto dealerships - Hires Dietmar Exler as independent non-executive director, starting Monday. Exler is chief operating officer of AMB Sports & Entertainment. Prior to that was chief executive officer of Mercedes-Benz USA.

Bacanora Lithium PLC - lithium mining - Appoints Graeme Purdy, CEO of Ilika PLC, to board as independent non-executive director. Ilika is a lithium battery technology firm, while Bacanora is developing the Sonora lithium mining project in Mexico and also has lithium assets in Germany.

SigmaRoc PLC - construction materials - Simon Chisholm hired as independent non-executive director. Chisholm is a fund manager and founder of Feros Advisers Ltd. Also joining the board as an independent non-executive director, as announced in September, is Jacques Emsens, who helped build SCR-Sibelco NV into a EUR3.5 billion revenue materials firm, specializing in the sand and minerals sector.

McColl's Retail Group PLC - convenience stores - Hires Dominic Lavelle as non-executive director from May 18. Lavelle was CFO of language software firm SDL PLC until 2018. He replaces Sharon Brown, who steps down this summer.

Alpha FX Group PLC - payments and currency-risk management - COO Henry Lisney to leave on October 20 "to pursue future personal endeavours" after seven years.

Orosur Mining Inc - South American gold explorer and developer - CEO Ignacio Salazar to leave on July 17 to become CEO of Sydney-listed Highfield Resources Ltd. Salazar has been with Orosur since 2008 and CEO since 2013.
