ThinkSmart Ltd - Perth, Australia-based digital payments platform - Non-Executive Director Peter Gammell buys 2.0 million shares at 24.00p, worth GBP480,000, on Wednesday last week. Gammell now has 12.6 million shares, a 12% stake. Non-Executive Director David Adams buys 100,000 shares at 22.00p on Monday. The purchase is his only holding.

Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings PLC - Warwickshire-based luxury car maker - Non-executive directors Mahmoud Samy Mohamed Aly Elsayed and Abdallah Abouelseoud buy 1.0 million shares and 400,000 shares, respectively, at 50 pence each, as part of company's share raise last week. Aston Martin said on Friday it had raised GBP152 million from its placing and retail offer of 304.0 million shares, 19.99% of its shares prior to the issue, at 50p. Abouelseoud separately buys 200,000 shares at GBP0.5586 on Friday.
