Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Ltd - invests in senior and subordinated economic infrastructure debt - Investment adviser Sequoia Investment Management Co Ltd sells 859,301 shares. They are some of the shares no longer subject to a three-year lock-up agreement, the fund says. No price or transaction date is disclosed. The stock was trading a 105.49p on Tuesday afternoon in London, which would give a value to the sale of GBP906,477. Sequoia Investment Management now holds 3.2 million shares in the trust, a 0.2% stake, excluding shares held by individuals within the investment manager.

City of London Investment Group PLC - asset manager - Liese Aling, spouse of Non-Executive Chair Barry Aling buys 20,000 shares at GBP4.28, worth GBP85,600, on Friday last week. Barry Aling now interested in 114,300 shares, a 0.2% stake.
