Scancell Holdings PLC - Oxford, England-based immunotherapies for treatment of cancer and infectious disease - Non-Executive Director Martin Diggle buys 500,000 shares via Vulpes Life Sciences Fund at 11.0p to 12.2p, worth about GBP60,000, on Thursday. Vulpes now has 117.2 million shares, a 14% stake.

Yu Group PLC - Nottingham-based gas, electricity and water supplier to UK corporate sector - Senior Independent Non-Executive Director Anthony Perkins buys 15,000 shares at 99p and Independent Non-Executive Director John Glasgow buys 8,411 at 107p, both on Thursday and together worth GBP23,879. The purchase is Perkins's only holding, while Glasgow has 18,411 shares now.
