San Leon Energy PLC - Chief Executive Oisin Fanning buys 98.0 million shares at 21.0 pence, worth GBP20.6 million, on Thursday last week. The purchase lifts Fanning's stake in the Nigeria-focused oil & gas production company to 107.5 million shares, a 24% stake, up from 1.8%. The CEO is now San Leon's second largest shareholder after Toscafund Asset Management LLP, which holds 64% according to Morningstar.

Sigma Capital Group PLC - Non-Executive Chair Ian Sutcliffe buys 240,000 shares at average 90.5p, worth GBP217,200, on Wednesday and Thursday. The former Countryside Properties PLC chief executive was appointed non-executive chair of Sigma on Tuesday last week. He now holds 1.0 million shares, a 1.1% stake.
