On The Beach Group PLC - Manchester-based beach-holiday travel agent - Chief Executive Officer Simon Cooper sells 3.9 million shares via Hawksford Trustees Jersey Ltd at 360 pence, worth GBP14 million, on Friday last week. The sale by Hawskford was first announced on Friday. Its stake was reduced to 3.7% from 6.2%. On The Beach notes that Cooper's direct shareholding has not changed since the company's initial public offering in 2015, remaining at 2.0 million shares, a 1.3% stake.

BAE Systems PLC - London-based aerospace and defence contractor - Non-Executive Director Stephen Pearce buys 10,000 shares at GBP4.80, worth GBP48,040, on Monday.

Morses Club PLC - Batley, West Yorkshire-based home collected credit provider and online loans - Gary Marshall, chief operating officer of digital division Shelby Finance Ltd, buys 100,000 shares at 44p, worth GBP44,000, on Monday. The purchase is his only holding.

SME Credit Realisation Fund Ltd - in process of realising assets - Nicole Bridel, associate of Non-Executive Director Jonathan Bridel, buys 60,000 shares at 60.00p, worth GBP36,000, on Monday. Jonathan Bridel now interested in 79,961 shares.

Audioboom Group PLC - London-based podcasts producer - Non-Executive Chair Michael Tobin buys 10,204 shares at 196p, worth GBP20,000, on Monday. Now has 290,820 shares, a 1.9% stake.

Greencoat UK Wind PLC - investor in UK wind farms - Non-Executive Director Caoimhe Giblin buys 20,000 shares at 128.80, worth GBP25,759, on Monday. The shares are her only holding, having joined the board in September.
