St Modwen Properties PLC - Birmingham-based property investor and developer - Chief Executive Officer Sarwjit Sambhi buys 25,200 shares at average price of GBP3.97, worth GBP99,946, on Thursday last week. Sambhi started as CEO on November 2. He was most recently CEO of British Gas owner Centrica PLC's Consumer division and was a Centrica board member. St Modwen's previous CEO, Mark Allan, jumped ship in the spring to fellow property firm Land Securities Group PLC.
